Home Remedies For Stomach Ulcer
Stomach ulcers, which are also known as gastric ulcers, are painful sores
in the stomach lining. Stomach ulcers are a type of peptic
ulcer disease. Peptic ulcers are any ulcers that affect both the stomach
and small intestines.
Stomach ulcers occur when the thick layer of mucus that protects your
stomach from digestive juices is reduced. This allows the digestive acids to
eat away at the tissues that line the stomach, causing an ulcer.
Stomach ulcers may be easily
cured, but they can become severe without proper treatment.
Symptoms Of Stomach
Ulcers
A number of symptoms are associated with stomach ulcers. The severity of
the symptoms depends on the severity of the ulcer.
The most common symptom is a burning sensation or pain in the middle of
your abdomen between your chest and belly button. Typically, the pain will be
more intense when your stomach is empty, and it can last for a few minutes to
several hours.
Other common signs and symptoms of ulcers include:
-dull pain in the stomach
-weight loss
-not wanting to eat because of pain
-nausea or vomiting
-bloating
-feeling easily full
-burping or acid reflux
-heartburn (burning sensation in the chest)
-pain that may improve when you eat, drink, or take antacids
-anemia (symptoms can include tiredness, shortness of breath, or
paler skin)
-dark, tarry stools
-vomit that’s bloody or looks like coffee grounds
Talk to your doctor if you
have any symptoms of a stomach ulcer. Even though discomfort may be mild,
ulcers can worsen if they aren’t treated. Bleeding ulcers can become
life-threatening.
1- Treatment Of Stomach Ulcer With Honey And Butter
I had a stomach ulcer when I was thirty. At that time there was no known
serious treatment for stomach ulcers (Year 1998). Then I remembered that
my father too had the same disease when he was young.
My father had healed with traditional medicines but what were these? I
immediately called my father and asked him what he was using for his treatment.
He said he was treated with honey and pine resin. But I couldn't find the resin
even though I searched a lot. I told my neighbor about it and he told me to use
butter instead of resin.
The next day, I bought original honey and butter from a reliable vendor
and started my treatment.
Ingredients
-one dessert spoon of honey
-one dessert spoon of butter (Original butter made from goat’s, sheep’s
or cow's milk.)
Directions
-Mix one dessert spoon of honey and butter.
-Take this mixture on an empty stomach, an hour before breakfast and
before going to bed. (2 times per day)
- If you want this cure to give a healthy result, you must apply it
regularly for 2 (or 4) months.
Note: I applied this cure only once a day. But it took me four
months to get better. After the treatment, I never had my complaint of ulcer
and gastritis.
How does honey
contribute to the healing of stomach ulcers?
-Honey is a biologic wound dressing with multiple bioactivities. Thus, it
prevents contact of the stomach ulcer with stomach acid and helps to shorten
the healing process.
-Honey decreases inflammatory edema, hastens sloughing of devitalized
tissue, attracts macrophages which cleanse the wound, provides a local cellular
energy source, and it protectively covers the the wound (the stomach ulcer).
-Each of the healing-promoting activities can be found separately in
pharmaceutical products but in honey they are all present and work together
synergistically to enhance the healing process.
-There is the added benefit from the physical properties of the honey
creating a moist healing environment, one in which the antibacterial activity
removes all likelihood of moist conditions favoring bacterial growth.
2- St. John's Wort Cure
Consult your doctor first, if you will use St. John's wort. If you have a

conditions might be warning signs of other illnesses that only a medical
professional can accurately diagnose.

of St. John's wort oil will suffice.
-Drink a dessert spoon of St. John's wort oil, on an empty stomach two
